Todd responded promptly and did what appears to be a high-quality job replacing the fixture on our front porch light. I was particularly impressed by his diligence in getting the junction box done right. He had to install one because the old fixture was installed with a couple of knob-and-tube wires that weren't in a box. I was even more impressed when, after making sure the new fixture was level and plumb, he walked out to the sidewalk to make sure that the fixture actually appeared level and plumb. Nice touch. We'll be calling him again next year when we have a bigger job, replacing our service panel.

I would speak highly of them. The pricing was good. They were very timely, very efficient and did excellent work. I can't speak anything negative about them. The people who came were great and there were no problems. They were very professional and timely. It was pretty extensive electrical work.

The repair went flawlessly and just as expected. They also rewired a few peripheral lights at no extra charge.

I wouldn't use them again. It wasn't a bad experience; it was a neutral experience. I wasn't impressed with the work. I wasn't disappointed but I would go with another company the next time. The only reason I used them was because the two companies I normally use were busy. I talked to the owner on the phone and his partner came out to do the bid and then a third guy came to do the work. That bothered me because I like the guy that comes out to actually be the guy that does the work. Usually they will tell me if they are sending somebody else out and they didn't, so I had to go through explaining everything all over again. They were right there with other companies that I usually use on price. They left a lot of stuff lying around. They were on time and called me back promptly. I would wait for one of the two guys I normally use in the future.

I had two light fixtures that were not working. Eccles quoted the price, and came in pretty close. They were late arriving, but called first and it didn't end up being a problem.

I have used Todd for years for a lot of different things; always been satisfied with his workmanship.

They are totally reliable. They are always punctual and give very accurate quotes. The work is always done right the first time. They are very informative, as well. The prices aren't the cheapest though.
