About us
We are a professional excavation and remodeling company servicing the Portland Metropolitan area as well as Clark County. We have over 20 years experience in the industry - both residential and commercial. The founder and owner, Jim Horn, CR, has over 20 years experience in residential excavation and remodeling as well as small commercial excavation. We do a great deal of the work ourselves, however, we use subcontractors if the project includes installation of items such as flooring, drywall, cabinets, etc... and we know a subcontractor can do the work more efficiently and less expensive to save the homeowner money. We have a $100 - $150 move-in charge for our excavation equipment depending on the location of the job site & the equipment needed. We are members of the Oregon Remodelers Association and the National Assocation of Remodelers. James Horn is a Certified Remodeler and is lead certified with Oregon and the EPA. We are also members of our local Chambers of Commerce.
