Replaced a section of gutter that was past repair. And repaired sections that could be saved saving a few hundred dollars for the homeowners.

They very personable and they do fantastic work. They are very prompt and efficient. They are very responsive and have a great follow-up. I would recommend them.

David had been out to estimate what I needed to have done to repair my shop gutters. He looked them over and determined that they only needed some tightening, (screws/nails) and some glue for a leaky seam. I asked that my power company assess and cut the power, since the heavy lines entered the building at the end of the gutter where it was loose.
David came out and fixed what was needed, and even cleaned out the gutter, downspout also. He's a good worker, and does his job well.
He has the business now, having taken it over from his parents about 10 years ago.
David is very capable at 'handyman' work, and I would recommend him. I did urge him to get more licensing, and insurance, because that is a good selling point.
Now I will call the power company to reconnect the power as they told me.

It was okay. We had some agreements regarding the cleaning of the gutters and fixing of one gutter that ended up being more expensive than we had discussed. We were a little disappointed with the lack of communication.

The job went really well. He actually did a great job and I thought it was really reasonably priced. It turned out really good. He does all the work himself, he does it when he says he's going to, and he does a great job. He can only do one story houses because of a medical condition.

I contacted David at Custom Gutter and he came out the next day to give me an estimate. He was very kind, considerate and thorough in his evaluation of the work to be done. Subsequently, we came up with the estimate and a time frame for his crew to do the work. His crew, which was his brother, and 2 other fellows showed up on the appointed day and did a great job. They left things neat and tidy, listened to my concerns and made every effort to keep my new roof intact. They added some extra flashing to prevent the water from overshooting the gutters, because I have a steep roof. Plus, they tied the upper roof drainage to the lower roof to avoid having the water simply spill out on the roofing. The gutters look good. They also did a great job of cleaning up. Overall, I am very pleased with their work. I also like the fact that Custom Gutters is a local family run business.

I had a unique situation in that the 7" gutters that were original with the house are not made anymore. David came out and we discussed options, settling on a 6" gutter and the addition of flashing to remediate a ponding problem on the roof above the gutters. He had some good suggestions, many of which I took him up on. Dave's crew came out on-time and listened to my input. They finished up the first day in a driving rainstorm, not finished but they had gotten things to where the rain wouldn't cause any damage. The job was finished in another half day and I'm really pleased with the result. They did a good job of balancing appearance with the functionality and really paid attention to detail in problem areas. I appreciated their consciousness and willingness to work with my concerns in mind.

This company was the only company that pointed out that we had a problem with how electricity entered the house. We had had about 5 or 6 bids on our gutters but Custom was the only company that said anything. Very nice, professional, and helpful.

The work was high quality, the workers were all very nice and professional, and the cost was reasonable. It did take a long time, however, to get the job done (6 weeks), although they were clear they were back-logged when I first called them. So the long delay was partly my fault for waiting until the busy season (late summer) before calling for a gutter repair (although they estimated 3 weeks originally and it took 6 weeks). It would have been nice to have been updated more often via phone on the scheduling of my job.

David came and gave a quote; returned within 2 weeks to install the downspout. The work looks great, he did it quickly, was professional and did fine work. Would recommend him.

Wonderful company that takes the time to educate the homeowner. Showed us with our type of roof the type of gutter that would look the best and provide the most runoff protection. Allowed us to reuse the downspouts to save money. Great communication and professionalism on the job site. Cleaned up after themselves and the gutters look and work fantastic!

All the gutter services I called were about 3 weeks out in service, and I needed gutters right now. These folks worked me in between some other jobs and came the very next day. They got there ahead of schedule, were pleasant to work with, and finished the job. The cost was a little high, especially since I supplied the downspouts. But then again, they took extra time to route the downspouts the way I wanted it and did some interesting adapting. I appreciate having it done and working.

MY GUTTERS WERE FALLING DOWN AND HE REPLACED THEM. THEY ARE STILL UP SO THAT'S A GOOD THING. HE WAS VERY NICE. HE WASN'T THE CHEAPEST BUT HE WAS REASONABLE. HE WAS VERY NICE AND EASY TO WORK WITH.

WE NEEDED TO HAVE A SECTION OF GUTTER REPLACED BECAUSE OUR WISTERIA PLANT HAD GROWN THROUGH IT AND EVENTUALLY GOT TOO HEAVY TO BE SUPPORTED BY THE GUTTER. THE JOB WAS DONE VERY WELL.
