"I am sorry you feel this way. The time also included dump fees and time to haul away your debris. We had more than 10 hours in the job. We are a licensed bonded business that has overhead. You received a great job (AS YOU POSTED) at a fair market pricing. I really feel that you over reacted and this posting you put up is not justified."
"You declined the winterization service! We did share with you how to winterize the system. You obviously did not pay attention or bother to call us to ask questions when the time came to winterize the system. That was not really your issue anyways. The bill you received was due to a problem because your husband only turned on the sprinkler valve part way on in the house. We were under the assumption that it was fully on. After exhausted all avenues and questioning him we double checked his actions to find the valve barley turned on. That was your main problem and Issue NOT A BROKEN SYSTEM FROM WINTER! How is any of this our fault??? You were kept in the loop the whole time the repair was been done and authorize everything."
"FIRST OFF, I AM SORRY THIS MEMBER FEELS THAT WAY. WE PROVIDED AN EXCELLENT SERVICE FOR HER. WE IN FACT DID MISS INSTALLING ONE SHRUB AS AGREED UPON, BUT IT WAS TAKEN CARE OF PROMPTLY BEFORE WE GOT PAID. WE ALSO GAVE HER AN ADDITIONAL UNIT OF BARK FREE OF CHARGE, JUST BECAUSE I WANTED TO ENSURE THE PLACE LOOKED EXTRA NICE FOR HER. AFTER THE JOB WAS COMPLETED AND A WALK THRU WITH HER WAS DONE, SHE WAS NOT DISSATISFIED AT THAT TIME AND PAID US IN FULL. THE MAIN ISSUE OR THE FACT OF THE MATTER IS 2 MONTHS AFTER THE CLEAN UP AND MULCHING, SHE DID HAVE A FEW WEEDS (NOT A LOT) GROWING IN THE LANDSCAPE AND THOUGHT WE SHOULD INCLUDE THAT IN OUR PAST SERVICE FOR HER. THERE WAS NO MENTION OF ONGOING MAINTENACE PROGRAM DISCUSSED WITH HER. WITHOUT A MAINTENANCE PROGRAM SET UP OR A HOMEOWNER PROVIDING MAINTENANCE, WEEDS GROW, THIS IS OREGON. BUT THE BOTTOM LINE IS, I AM SORRY SHE FEELS THIS WAY AND I WISH SHE WOULD HAVE COMMUNICATED THIS TO US DIFFERNTLY, AND IT WOULD HAVE BEEN RESOLVED."
