COMPLETE GLASS SERVICE

An unusual stone strike near the rearview mirror caused the mirror to detach from the windshield. Complete Glass squeezed us into their booked schedule and got if fixed right away, since we couldn't drive the car without the mirror. They did a great job. Would hire them again.

This company is number one in the books. The office staff were pleasant and friendly. The technicians were prompt, clean and professional. This is the way that customers should be treated by companies that want to keep business coming back. I would definitely recommend them and would use them again even at my own cost. Their warranty is pretty awesome too.

They did a great job, right from the start. Quick answer to the phone and quote. Arrived right as scheduled and were very efficient with a large house and some windows that were hard to access. The place looked great after, and helped us in the sale of our house.

They were supposed to replace a rear window in our car. The communication was terrible. No one showed up for the originally scheduled repair time. We called and they rescheduled us. Then, they didn't come again but they called and told us they weren't going to make it. In the mean time, our car was parked on the street (we didn't have a garage at the time) with a tarp over the window during the winter. We chose them in part because they said they seemed to be able to schedule our repair right away and our insurance would cover the cost. When the technician finally did come, he did a poor job cleaning up all the glass in the car and broke a plastic piece on the door. The technician was being so rough with the door my husband felt he needed to supervise this worker to make sure he didn't damage the car. Luckily he did because he noticed that a small piece of the door broke. The technician did not point this out, my husband had to and asked him to please fix it. The worker said that the company would pay for the repair but we never heard from them again.

My auto insurance was not going to replace my cracked windshield to my satisfaction because my car was more than two years old.  I chose not to use my insurance company's recommended vendor or the dealership (way too spendy!), but got a recommendation for Complete Glass Service from my favorite auto body shop. 
From the first phone call to the final repair, the staff at Complete Glass Service provided outstanding customer service.  The ladies who answer the phone are friendly and knowledgeable, and were able to clearly explain the types of replacement glass available so I could make a decision on what I wanted.  My windshield has light and rain sensors, features that I wanted to remain functional, which also made it hard to locate exactly what I wanted.
They located the only windshield available in town for my make/model car and personally inspected the glass prior to scheduling my windshield replacement.  The installers came to my house and replaced the windshield in about 45 minutes.  Very personable people! 
I hope it's not needed, but I will absolutely call them for any future windshield needs.

They did a good job. They were very prompt.

The workers were pleasant and tidy.

The first day it looked fine (while car was in shade and in garage), day to took it a block away to the store and when the sun and day light were showing the true repair, it did not look like anything was done.

The right window for the right make and model... installed in my driveway... all broken glass removed and shop-vacced... my car clean and dry and all snugged up for the next rain.  Both the person I dealt with on the phone (Yvonne) and the service technician (Steve) made me feel comfortable and that my problem would be solved quickly and professionally.  One day later I have no complaints.

They were the first to respond to my request. They were BY FAR the cheapest quote. And they were great to deal with. There were 2 other companies that gave me quotes over the phone that were WELL over twice the price that Yvonne at Complete Glass worked up for me. I will absolutely use them in the future and will always refer business to them.

I tried to contact a national company... I got a price online for $267. I tried to talk to someone locally with no success... So I tried Angie's list. Complete Auto glass, including the lady's in the office were exceptional. They were very helpful in scheduling a time, considering the weather, that worked for me.

They did a great job from the scheduling of the appointment to the actual repairs. I would highly recommend them. They appear to be a local owned shop that cares about the customer. I would use them again.

The glass out of one of my clocks had broken out during our move. I took my clock to them and they fixed it in no time. I thought it was going to be expensive, so i was very surprised at how little it ended up costing. They are very reasonable!

They have a competitive price. They were on time, got a good price and they did a very good job. They did it correctly.

One of our moving trucks came in late with a broken windshield. I got on Angieslist and found Complete glass and a few other companies calling around. Complete glass could come out qucikly and had a fabulous price. It sounded great so I scheduled them.
They showd up in the window they said they would and replaced the glass very fast. We have freightliner trucks with a rare window and I am very surprised at how quick they could do it while the price wasnt painful at all. I'm very impressed with this company and would recommmend it to others.

They were really outstanding and more than helpful throughout the entire process. They were very prompt, they did everything they said they were going to do, and they worked with our insurance company. They set a time when they could replace it, they did a great job, and I highly recommend these people. We chose them, not the insurance company.

This was really a great experience and I highly recommend this company.  Complete Glass was referred to me from a neighbor and I am thrilled not only with their custom service but with the lovely product.

Mark came to my home and suggested the best thickness, 1/4 inch, and edge to protect my table.  He also re-measured my table in a different way than I had, preventing a mistake, had he not personally come to my home.  Mark was incredibly polite and knowledgable, a real gem for any company.

Within a few days the table top was complete and was delivered by Mark and another driver.  Again, great customer service by both gentlemen.  They thoroughly cleaned the glass and gave me extra pads to keep the glass adhered to the table.

The glass however, was a tiny, tiny, bit thinner than ordered.  Mark assured me it would not make a difference in the glass's strength, but said he would return it and get a new table top back to me within a few days.  I decided to keep the glass anyway and they took off $25.00, on a $125 order.  So, the whole table top, which was 72" by 40" approximately, cost me $100.  

Not only was the customer better, but the price (before the discount) was significantly better.  I highly recommend this company.

I was completely satisfied with the work performed. Two workers came twice: the first time to determine the exact parts needed as well as make a temporary repair; the second time to perform the actual repair. The workers showed up as promised on both occasions. Both workers were polite and obviously knew what they were doing. An outstanding experience.
