+ -1 moreWe met Colleen at the Portland Home & Garden Show, and of all the designers we met that day, she was the one at the top of our list. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and really listened when we described our project--a rebuild of our front porch/redesign of the front of our house. We had her come to our house for a design consultation a couple of weeks later, for which we paid $200. It was exactly what we wanted, an expert opinion and fresh ideas on our project. She came up with several ideas and made some scale drawings for us. While we're holding off on the project for a bit, when we move forward, CM&D will be at the top of our list again.
