hardwood floor
+ -1 moreWhen they came in, they walked across my carpet and dragged mud all across the floor without even stopping to wipe their feet. They didn’t apologize and did not act even the least bit concerned when I had to get down on my hands and knees to try and get the stains out right away. They had absolutely no respect for my property. They did provide an estimate but their unprofessionalism made my husband and I decide we would not use them and would not recommend them.
Description of Work: They came in to do an estimate on having the carpet in our hallway taken out and having the hardwood floor beneath them refinished.
