BEDROOMS WEST

I shopped for a wallbed and mattress at the Oregon City store, where exceptionally friendly, courteous, helpful service was provided by Shelly Susan. The beds they sell are made to order here in Oregon, of all wood construction, and the price was much better than the melamine beds offered by the best-known retailer of wallbeds in this area. Their mattresses are also made in Oregon, and all items are low-VOC. Store owner Gordon came to our house to take measurements, and to complete calculation of size and price for cabinetry that would fill the entire wall where the bed was to be installed. The furniture was completed and delivered to Bedrooms West ahead of schedule, and the company offered to store items in their warehouse at no additional charge until remodeling of the room was complete. When I had questions about coordinating aspects of the remodeling with installation of the furniture, Gordon was always available to cheerfully answer my questions by phone. On the day of delivery, Gordon and his assistant arrived at the scheduled time, carefully moved all items into the house - no easy task given the size and weight of each piece- , and installed the furniture. It was a tight fit getting all the huge pieces up stairs from the street and through multiple doorways, but the only damage was slight scraping of one doorsill, damage which I believe will be easily remedied. It's so minor that I haven't even bothered to try fixing it yet. The furniture looks great and the bed is amazingly comfortable. When I need bedroom items in future I'll definitely return to Bedrooms West.
