Roofing
They just did a super job. They cleaned up every tile that came off the roof. They cleaned up the whole yard. It was like they were never here after they left.

HE WAS VERY TIMELY, AND RESPONSIVE. BUT, HE MIS-DIAGNOSED THE PROBLEM, AND DID A LOT OF WORK THAT DIDN'T NEED TO BE DONE. I LATER DISCOVERED IT WAS JUST A BAD SEAL ON THE SKYLIGHT, BUT AT THE TIME, HE INSISTED THAT WATER WAS COMING IN AT THE RIDGE VENT, AND IT NEEDED TO BE FILLED IN. A COUPLE MONTHS LATER, THE SKYLIGHT STARTED LEAKING SIGNIFICANTLY, AND NOW THE ATTIC IS INSUFFICIENTLY VENTILATED. I DON'T KNOW IF HE DID IT TO INCREASE HIS BILLABLE TIME, OR IF HE JUST MADE BAD RECOMMENDATIONS.
