We had another company give us an estimate first. AAA Appliance. Their estimate was $1,500.00. We called All-Pro Appliance and he first thought it was the freezer fan which keeps the refrigerator cool. He was mistaken on that account but I would much rather has a company try the cheaper fix first. He then determined it was the computer and took it out for us and gave us the address to ship it to the company to have it replaced. The shipping and computer were less than $120.50 and he only charged us $140.00 for coming to the house three times and did not charge for the fan since that was not the problem. He was neat and tidy and very pleasant. I have been telling my friends and family if they need appliance repair to go with them. Look at the difference in price $260.50 verses $1500.00

First trip, the problem was really a problem, fixed in a second and only paid for service call. Second trip, different problem but decided it wasn't worth the repair cost so only paid for the service call. Company was professional, honest and on time for appointment. ONly negative, a really lon gwait time for availability.

If my review was limited to one word that word would be integrity. Two words, integrity and professional. Three words, integrity, professional and dedicated. You get the idea. Our experience with Bill at All-Pro Appliance started when an extended warranty company sent him out to repair our oven. The warranty job wasn't easy, but Bill persevered and never treated us like we were less of a client because we hadn't hired him directly From the beginning he was punctual and always kept us informed of parts availability and when he'd be out. During this process we hired him to fix our microwave light. The next time I have an appliance that needs repair I'm calling All-Pro Appliance.
