We were having my office floor refinished. It was important that the furniture be replaced by Monday because I had scheduled meetings. I called the company and set up a time for the furniture to be moved back into my office in time for business on Monday. Then I called the office with an unrelated questions and discovered that they weren't going to come to move the furniture. They use a scheduling service in Texas, and the woman who had scheduled the job didn't know that they didn't work on the day and time she scheduled the job.
I wouldn't have found out they weren't coming until they didn't show up at the appointed time. I wouldn't have had furniture in my office in time for work, and would have had no way to set up my office again. It would have cost me a lot of money.
I think they do a good job with the actual moving, but be careful about scheduling--call the office to be sure they are coming when the scheduler says they will.

They were very professional and friendly. They even dropped moving boxes off at my house at no additional charge. We will definetly use them again.
