AJ EARTHSCAPES

AJ Earthscapes were fast, and did what they said they were going to do. The prices were excellent. The prices were excellent. I would use them again in the future.

Jerry came to our house and prepared an estimate for the above work. He sent a crew of several men to do the initial work, especially removing the moss from our lawn, etc. After several days a couple of men came back to clean up the dead moss, etc. Unfortunately, after a couple of weeks there were still some mossy spots. I called Jerry and he sent out another man to treat the moss. This helped, but it did not eliminate all the moss on our lawn. I called Jerry again. He returned the call after a few days, saying he would send someone out, but no one came. So I called again and he has not responded to this call, which was several weeks ago. Over all the lawn looked improved, however, I feel that he should have taken care of the remaining moss and he should have returned my call. I did not want to submit a report earlier because I hoped to get this resolved. Jerry guaranteed the work for one year after completion of the work, which was onetime in June.

Completed work is beautiful. Pricing was fair. Timing to complete project took longer than projected, partly due to weather.

I could not have asked for a better job. The 3 workers he brought to do the work were fast, capable, and knew what to do and how to do it. However, getting them here to finally do the work was a major job. I first saw Mr. Flowerdue on 10/3/06. He came over, and we walked around the yard evaluating things that needed to be done. He gave me many helpful hints on how the yard could be improved and types of plants to use. I felt lucky to have found him. However, he was upfront with me that he was very busy and could not get to my yard for about 6 weeks. I didn't like to wait that long but decided I would do it. Six weeks passed, but I got no communication from him. I phoned and said why I was calling. After a few days, he phoned back and said he was too busy but had not forgot me. He finally made it on 12/17/06. It is now 1/10/07 and still no bark nuggets. I am very pleased with the work, but can I stand waiting for him for every future job?

Although there were a few delays due to bad weather & illness, the end result was definitely worth waiting for. The space is completely transformed! All of the plant material came from AJ Earthscapes' own nursery, and even though it was installed in the dead of winter, everything is healthy and looks beautiful. The custom-made planters were made with outstanding craftsmanship and Jerry was very flexible in accommodating some late change requests.

AFTER REPEATED CALLS TO JERRY, I FINALLY SPOKE TO HIM AND HE SAID HE WOULD "BE OUT ON MONDAY". THAT WAS A WEEK AGO, AND STILL NO RESPONSE.

Experience was outstanding. All work was performed in a timely manner. Employees are very professional. Work is top quality. We not only got our money's worth, we got far more than our money's worth. To say that we are delighted with the work performed is an understatement. We highly recommend AJ Earthscapes.

Our backyard is very pretty. We are happy with the result. Jerry came up with the design, plants, and watering systems. Jerry was pleasant and knowledgeable. Jerry did a good job listening to our needs and concerns and had good ideas to address the situations. We were also happy with Jerry and his workers careful work making our yard pretty. We felt very comfortable with Jerry and felt he was a person we could trust. We felt confident that he wanted to help us have a yard that would make us happy and suit our own needs.

He and his crew were always there when he said they would be and would arrive early in the morning. Jerry always updated us on timing, next steps, etc. We think we have received great service and product for the money we spent. He took our house and helped make it a home.

MY WIFE & I WERE NOT COMPLETELY SURE OF WHAT WE WANTED DONE. JERRY WAS VERY HELPFUL IN POINTING US IN THE PROPER DIRECTION. JERRY & HIS CREW ARE PROFESSIONAL, PROMPT, AND FRIENDLY. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM FOR ANY SIZE LANDSCAPE PROJECT. MY WIFE & I ARE VERY SATISFIED WITH EVERY FACET OF THE PROJECT FROM START TO FINISH, AND WILL USE JERRY'S SERVICES IN THE FUTURE.
