I GUESS I LIKE THAT THEY SHOW UP ALL THE TIME. THEY DO THE WORK. THEY DO NOT VOLUNTEER TO TAKE ON EXTRA PROJECTS. FOR INSTANCE, THE BLINDS NEED TO BE CLEANED, BUT THEY DON'T VOLUNTEER TO DO THIS. THEY CLEAN SUPERFICIALLY.
