The purchase and installation went well. The installers were a couple of guys working as independent contractors and they did an outstanding job. The installation happened about 5 months ago. The floor covering did seem softer than I had expected but it did look nice. Then a couple of weeks ago my husband dropped a dinner plate on the floor and it left 2 1 inch slices in the vinyl. Cut right through! I was concerned and called Vern at Floors to Go. He was brusque with me and said he'd take a look but doubted he would do anything. He said, and quot;I don't make the vinyl; I just install it.and quot; That's not quite true. He didn't install it. He sold it to us based on our request for a floor covering that would be durable, not tear when appliances were moved about, and could hold up with the normal water spills and wear and tear of a kitchen with laundry area. I called a couple of times to schedule a date and he was reluctant even to tell me his name. He agreed to come out and at least look. That was over a week ago. I'm still waiting.

The service was excellent and the pricing was perfect.

I have already recommended them. It was a good experience. They worked with us on everything like they took out the cabinets. Then they gave us an estimated time of arrival of the cabinets and they arrived on that day. They set up the time to come in and did the installation. They did about everything. They worked with the plumbing company that we used to make sure that everything was running smoothly and if they needed anything. They also worked closely with our electrician. We couldn't have asked for a better service. We had bad experiences in the past about many years ago. However, this was quite refreshing. My husband and I really appreciated the fact that all of them were used to working with one another. So, they had a really good working rapport, which was really nice. The people who are going to hire them will have a very positive experience. My husband wouldn't have gone with them if their price wouldn't have been good. We would use their services in the future too.
