Lassiter Roofing

I called the provider and asked for a quote on fixing a couple of shingles on my roof  that had been blown off by a wind storm. He initially quoted me $195.00. When I told him I wouldn't pay that much for a couple of shingles (if not possibly one, I wasn't sure) he said he would stop by my house and asset it and then call me back, which a bid was left at my door.
 Well, he never called me back, I had to call him. That is when he quoted me $125.00. I accepted that price and he said he would call me back with a time that he would come over and repair my shingles. He never called me. I gave him a day and then I called him again, we scheduled a time for him to come over. He never showed. I called him again. He told me he would  be over that afternoon. He did come by, I wrote him a check and he went to leave and I asked him if he was going to fix the roof, and he told me he already did. I asked when? He said the other day.  It surprised me that I was not notified that he had stopped by and already repaired my roof and didn't give me the option to be present (I was at work), which I did want to be at home and present. Plus, I didn't give him permission to go on my property without me. So I asked him if he would point out what he had done on my roof. Granted he did do the work, but I felt the style of professionalism and lack of communication was something I shouldn't have experienced. I felt I wasn't appreciated for my business. And when I spend my money on a service, I expect to be informed in every move and decision and the lines of communication open all the way when I am paying for a service. So far the shingles have stayed on the house.

Their pricing was fair, and they do a few extra things that make your roof last longer. They offer great workmanship and are very responsive if there are any problems.
