Master Plumbing Service

I have used him many times. But, I had an outdoor faucet that needed to be fixed and required working underneath the house. He said he would schedule to come another time. The first time he called to cancel. When he finally brought someone out to help him, it was his neighbor kid. He had the kid crawl under the house to do the work. He snuck off with the work unfinished. When I said something to him about the situation, he told me I was being rude. I have no clue if his neighbor kid did the work correctly or not. I would not use this provider anymore.

Master Plumbing did not fix the problem, toilet was still leaking after his visit.
Left a message for Master Plumbing to return my call so I could discuss the issue.
Master Plumbing has never returned my call.
Will not use Master Plumbing again or recommend to anyone.

It was really good except for one thing. He put two spigots in that had a quarter turn radius on it. I wasn't asked about that. When I went to start using the water spigots, you barely turn it and its full blast. I was not happy with that because he hadn't asked me. What I found out since then is that there's three different kinds. The one quarter, the half and the three quarter turn. You're supposed to be asked what kind you want. I have been trying to get a hold of him. I have left messages and he never returned my call. Finally, he called back and he sound less than amused that I wasn't happy with that. Now I'm waiting because he said he'd have to work it in between jobs and he doesn't know when that will be. I'm just going to have to wait. Its not critical its just that I'm not happy with it. Its not what I wanted. He knows he forgot to ask me. What he did do was plumbed well. Its questionable if I will use him again because I don't like that he didn't call me back. He did good work. He just wouldn't call me back because he thought I had a complaint.

Work was performed professionally.

Dennis Eggers and his assistant arrived about 10am, and immediately went to work.  Dennis had been to my home about a week prior to the installation to check the situation and provide an approximate price.  Dennis was efficient and very tidy.  In addition, I enjoyed talking to Dennis.  We share many of the same interests.  He was very polite and curtious.  I will certainly tell others of my experience with a very professional plumber !

I would use him again. He was responsive and got back with me like the same day that I sent out the email asking for some information from him. He was very professional and didn't leave a mess. He wasn't overly friendly nor was he grumpy but he was just very professional. He came in, he had a job to do and he got it done. He did it quick and didn't go over what he said it would cost. I would say that his pricing was fair. The price wasn't high or wasn't low but he was right in the ballpark of what a lot of other people were saying.
