This installation was done between arctic cold snaps in eastern Oregon. Not only did MCC do an excellent job with the old window removal and new window installation, they were careful to contract for a window of time in which to do the work so they could swoop in and have the house opened up on a relatively weather-stable day. This scheduling flexibility was so considerate. Moe Country Cupboards staff were, every one of them, courteous and professional throughout. They spent time helping me refine my choice of windows for the climate, elevation and prospect as well as budget. The house has settled somewhat, so the window openings presented well-met challenges in installing the windows level, plumb and square. They worked on the same day as the plumbers, without anyone getting under anyone's feet. They stored my old windows in the shed for me (eventual cold frames) and otherwise left the area clean. I could not be happier.
