Howard has done many remodeling projects in my house. I put off the remodeling of my staircase, always thougt I could do something myself. Finally I realized it was too much. Howard came, looked at the walls that where poorly panelled, checked with me what I wanted, since the wall behind it was in poor condition. He took out the panelling and then we came up with a plan to drywall where needed. Then we talked about the stairs and railing which were ancient. Howard had the idea of completely replacing the stairs with oak, which he did. He also designed a new kind of railing. He painted the walls, the doors and added new doorhandles. I was stunned. Everything looks great. I can completely trust him in the house, even when I am not home. He is reliable, trustworthy, does great work and is reasonable with his prices.
