Maryanne couldn't have worked harder or done more to make sure I found a home as close to perfect as possible.  She is very friendly and easy to develop a feeling of trust and mutual respect.  Obviously any real estate agent has to get you to like, trust, and respect them, but I wouldn't ever have thought I would or could receive the kind of effort she put forth, and I rapidly came to consider her as a personal friend rather than a friendly salesperson.  She works for your recommendation, not for her profit.  Her recommendations for contractors and service providers once you have bought a home come from honest opinion and not from kickbacks.  She is exclusively a buyer's agent, so you can be assured she is working only toward your own satisfaction, if you're the buyer.  I doubt anyone is a better negotiator as far as selling prices go.  She puts in a lot more hours than she has to in your behalf.
