MACK'S SAW SHOP

First... took 5 days to repair, but that's okay. Paid over $60 (a bit high). Took it home and it would not run.. It was running excellent before I took it in. Reason I took it in was to replace grommet where some gas was leaking on the tank. By the way.. they replaced the 3 small hoses that went from the gas tank to the engine as well, but the new ones were too short, and barely fit over the tubes they connected to. Called them up.. They said bring it back in. I did. The owner/mechanic was not there so some kids (probably his) took it in and said he will call you. 4 hours later no call. I called them and talked to kids cause owner was out. Was again told he will call. NO CALL. Next day I called back, they said he did not get to it yet. Later that day called again, asked to talk to an adult. Was told he was too busy. I then went to the shop, and the kiddies told me the owner-mechanic was busy and not available. I picked up my trimmer and left with it still not working. Took it to another saw show. I originally purchased the trimmer there, and about $500 worth of accessories for it there. I also bough a blower and chainsaw there. I will never do any business with Macs Saw show again.
