Toby Murray has been providing outstanding service for our vehicles for about fifteen years now. They are always courteous, and the work is excellent. They complete the work in a timely manner and keep us informed if there are any unusual needs. Whether it has been a simple lube job and oil change (We use synthetic oil), or a major scheduled service, we have been very much satisfied. Many times they will do small things without charge. The most recent example of this was when a tail light burned out on our Prius, they quickly replaced it with no charge. This is no doubt in part because we have been good customers for a long time. Another little bonus is that no matter how small the job, Toby Murray provides a free car wash.

We were happy the mechanic took the extra step to look for a recall. The car had about 130,000 miles on it, so getting a completely new engine was good timing! It was kind of like getting a new car. The car now has 203,000 and runs like a clock.
