We had a great experience using SCHNEIDECKER Heating and Air. Paul installed a Daikin in our home. He was very professional and personable. He listened to our concerns and patiently helped us find the perfect spot in our home to install the Daikin. I was not home during the installation, but was pleasantly surprised when I returned. It was the first time I had hired a contractor that I did not have to clean up after them. Because I was not home when the system was put in, Paul made a special trip to show me how to use it. He was honest and dependable. I would highly recommend this company. Thank you SCHNEIDECKER Heating and Air.

Paul Schneidecker responded almost immediately and was out to the home within half an hour. He was unable to reach the manufacturer after 5 PM so we made an appointment for him to return on Saturday to repair. He called the next day and stated the manufacturer was contacted and they authorized him to replace the unit and not go through the process of trying to repair. We set up an appointment for that to occur within the week. I have no qualms that the installation of replacement will go as smoothly as the original install. Very pleased with the response time and his work. If things go awry I will update with a review of the installation but have no doubt it will not be necessary.
