Description of Work: good efforts by all there, before the owners /managers would talk for customer service. recently Beto is left to answer phone calls and sometimes there is a communications barrier I have had to call back and ask and re-answer questions. He is their main guy maintenance wise and is good.....but I'd rather they keep him on the car and not the phone.

Description of Work: "I've had my older car and van worked on several times at Pacific Tire and Brake. They have always treated me very fairly and have done excellent work that lasts. I had an intermittent electrical issue that didn't show up on computer diagnostics. Mark asked my permission to drive the car for a couple days until the problem happened again and he could properly diagnose and repair the issue. Everyone, from the owners to the staff is very respectful and I feel they've been honest with me regarding whether or not a specific repair was advisable for my older vehicle. | |Now that I have a newer SUV, I know exactly where I'll go if I need repairs. I'll be heading straight to Pacific Tire and Brake in Newport, OR."

 + 0 moreThey are good. I have used them for 12 years now. They do a good job and they seem to be honest. A friend recommended them. Compared to other places, I guess their price is about the same. I've always liked them to be cheaper.

 + 0 moreThey're trustworthy and the work they do is good. They repair flats (on tires they've sold) for free, and have patched some of my tires 10 to 15 times (I live out in the woods on a rough road) with no charge. I have nothing but good things to say about them.
Description of Work: This was just mounting a tire on a wheel, but I've used Pacific Tire and Brake for tires, brakes, suspension work, oil changes and some engine work for over 10 years.

 + -1 moreWe have been very impressed with them, they have been working on our motor home and they are fabulous. They do what they say and they don't overcharge. We are really happy with them. The motor home is back there again. We just took a long trip, we had three little tiny things come up and they are fixing that now. They have done more extensive work for us in the past. We really like them.
Description of Work: We used Pacific Tire & Brake twice in the last month. They last replaced the heater cork and wiring.
