Ocean Tire & Auto Service

The reason we went to Ocean Tire and Auto Service in the beginning,
several months ago, was because there was a really bad noise coming from
the back end of the car. We had purchased tires from another store in 2011 and for
several months went back to that store for rotation. I went in once to see why
there was such a horrible thump, thump, thump noise coming from the back rear of
the car. Asked them to check and see if there was anything caught under the
car. They didn't put it up on a lift to really look and when I complained about
it got no results. We took it to the place we normally had the car serviced and they
told us that some of the lug nuts were loose. Imagine the horror if they
actually came off traveling at a high rate of speed which we had been. We kept
going there for some time until the same noise returned so we took it to Ocean
Tire, most of the lug nuts were loose on all of the tires, and on one tire in particular
they were all loose. Bad thing is we'd just been to the place we went for a couple of
years for tire rotation! Needless to say we have not returned to that place
either! I would absolutely recommend Ocean Tire and Auto Service, it is
great!!!!
He explained and even showed me what had happened with the tire (one in particular)
and we were very fortunate that there was no damage done that would have required us
buying new wheels not just new tires, which would have been very expensive!!!
He even had me return with the car two or three times after a certain number of miles
to make sure that the lug nuts were still OK, and they were!!

Ocean Tire has performed various tasks on our two vehicles. They were always very professional and knew what they are doing. By far the best in town, except for price as they are expensive

Ocean Tire is among the best in town and we have been to them various times. They are professional and do good work. Unfortunately, they are also one of the most expensive. I would go to them without hesitation if I could afford them.

I like their price and performace. They are really reliable. They have assessed my car for no charge, and told me to come back when I was ready for service. They give me really good advice on car stuff.

They have great customer service. They are friendly, reliable, and fair.
