Contacted Newport Plumbing to replace a garbage disposal in my condo. John was on time, courteous, and was careful to not leave a mess. The charges were within the estimate and he finished the job in less than an hour. A perfect experience!! Thanks-experiences of this kind are appreciated, particularly when companies seem to rely on blaming "pandemic issues", when a job is not completed in a timely manner.

Water heater stopped working Friday evening. Called Newport Plumbing Inc. Sunday evening and left a message stating the issue. They returned my phone call promptly at 8am on Monday and scheduled a time to check issue that afternoon. Once he arrived the problem ended up being a very quick fix and was very professional. Would definitely hire again.

It was great. We have 1 more plumbing job and we plan on using Newport Plumbing.

They did a great job. We didn’t have a water line in our older home. This ended up being a situation where we had to cut a hole in the lower lecpvel ceiling to run the line. He cut the smallest hole possible which meant my husband was able to patch the ceiling with no trace of a cut. He even noticed that there was a problem with the city water line and informed us of the problem. The job took about 90 minutes which was the original quote. The installer was pleasant and professional.

They were great! Arrived quickly, made the repairs and got the water back on to all the other tenants. Their charge was much less then we had expected for an after hours call on a Friday night. $185 was very reasonable. We made an appointment with another plumber (Rau) to repair a leak under a tenants bathroom sink and they ended up preforming what they claimed was "maintenance" to the kitchen and bathroom sinks and toilet and charged us $430 for that service call. Newport Plumbing is a better company by far and they do not overcharge for their work!

Job was more difficult than expected. They did a great job.

They were awesome and fantastic! They get all As.  They were very punctual. When they said they would be here at 9 o'clock, they were here at 9 o'clock.  They gave me an honest rate. The guy sent here from the company was well mannered, did a great job and cleaned after himself. It was a perfect company to deal with. One wouldn't be sorry to pick them. I got a lot of rates from other plumbers and theirs was the lowest. They were very professional and polite. I would use them again in a heartbeat.  UPDATE EVERYTHING WORKS GREAT

The Service man, John, was very professional. He was careful to double check the lines for leakage and that all the parts were working properly before he left. He also made sure that the area was clean and all garbage was taken out to his vehicle. He was also patient and thorough in explaining what he was doing and why and answering questions.

They showed up for the service and did not have the proper wrench, ostensibly it was loaned to another employee. Later they decided they did not have the proper tool at all, so had to order on and wait for it to be delivered before they could service the faucet. Meanwhile their previous visit to fix the toilet float had resulted in a malfunctioning flapper mechanism. That flapper often seated in such a way that water ran continuously. The replacement now seats properly, but IMHO uses too much water for each flush. It is basically a plumbing FAIL.

We thought it was one thing, but it ended up being something else. They had to do a lot of work to figure out where the leak was. They were punctual and responsive. What they did the first time didn't work, so they had to reschedule to come back, so you have to wait another week. They're very busy.

The plumbers showed up on time and the bill I was sent was exactly as quoted.  The plumbers were professional, got immediately to the job and finished in a timely manner.  While diagnosing the problem we were aware of, the plumbers noticed other potential problems and provided a second quote with options for the solution.  We chose the option that worked best for us and had the plumbers back within 2 weeks.

One thing I would do differently would be to tie down when the plumber would arrive more closely. When I made the appointment I was told that the plumber might be able to come the same day or sometime the next day but we left it open.  It turned out that there was a problem with the job scheduled before me so after waiting all the next day got a call that they wouldn't be able to come that day.  They then did set a specific time for the following day and were here when they said.  I was impressed with the individual and the quality of his work and his pleasant manner.  I will use this company again.

The plumber was very pleasant to work with and communicated well.  He was a good representative of the company.  I was very happy with his work.
