Horizon Mechanical installed the HVAC system for a newly remodeled home I bought in the summer of 2021. The home inspector noticed a visible rattling in the blower motor which would cause premature wear out of parts. Mike was away at the time but he sent a colleague over who replaced a part and fixed the issue at no charge. The unit is now running great.

Completely professional. Horizon installed the heat pump and walked me through everything. Stayed a little extra to reset everything a previous company had left not quite in order. Did not try to up sell and was very clear about what would work best and be best value for my home. Will use again without question.

Great expertise, great service, great work, fantastic solution for my needs at an excellent price. They replaced the programmable thermostat and air filter with superior models and repaired and upgraded my electric furnace. The new system integrates with mt heat pump and is more efficient, quieter and provides more comfort.

We hired Horizon Mechanical to install a ductless heat pump system in our home. The owner performed the installation himself with a helper. They were on time, finished promptly, and cleaned up after themselves. He explained the system thoroughly, walked us through the rebates and tax credits, and was a very pleasant person to deal with. We would hire him again.

Mike very fast to respond. Very pleasant, knowledgeable and efficient. Pricing very competitive. Only issue was didn't return repeated phone calls with questions. Overall extremely pleased.

Getting no response from several phone calls made to this contractor. Why does his voice mail not respond? I would like some questions answered. He sure talked a lot before installation. This should have been a clue.

Contacted Mike after 1 week with a dead heat-pump compressor, and after my usual heating contractor dragged his feet about the repair date and cost. Mike came out, assessed the project, and completed it THE NEXT DAY. Great to work with, conscientious, and an outstanding value. He even replaced an undersized copper line that the previous contractor had installed 18 months ago. I would recommend Horizon to anyone needing an honest estimate.

Mike did very precise work, answered all of my questions(and then some), was cheerful, happy(!) and more. I couldn't be happier to have our dead furnace replaced and done right, and quickly, without getting hosed. Honestly, if anyone in the area ever needs a HVAC guy, this is it!! I bought/was sold equipment he had bought at the end of the previous season. Ideal for our situation -- probably not. But, after research knew that it was close enough, and the price was VERY good. Furnace is working to expectations. Given our cold summer, can only say the A/C has manged to hold up in a non-challenging summer. Am a bit concerned about the stability of the A/C foundation though. They met all schedules perfectly. They cleaned up after themselves extremely well.

Mike was very professional, honest, and did the job in a timely manner. As a home builder/remodeler I would recommend Horizon in a heart beat.

Horizon did the job for much less than other quotes and was timely and professional. I have yet to use the AC because it's not hot enough yet, but given that there's a 10 year labor and parts warranty, I'm very satisfied.

For me to put my name on someone, it takes a lot. I would give an 11 out of 10 on a scale of 1 to 10 for quality of service, honesty, and fairness. Not only did Mike do a great job---he probably saved me potentially hundreds of dollars. I had some construction glitches come up that the wrong contractor could have really gouged me on. Mike and his brother did an amazing job of figuring out what the issues were. And even better, they fixed them free of charge without adding fee after fee, or simply saying �this isn�t my problem.� This is the type of old-world integrity you rarely see anymore. First class all the way.

Offered a great value with a quick response. Came out next day and had the A/C units installed withing 5 days. Could have sold me a unit had in inventory but sourced a unit better suited for my property. I would not hesitate to do business with Horizon Mechanical.
