Everyone I was on contact with was very friendly and responsive. This is for our vacation home so we dealt with them from afar, which always makes things a little more complicated. But they made it as easy as possible and called me before and after they performed their service. The work was done professionally and cleanly. I would definitely hire them again if necessary.

Doug's electric showed a total lack of interest in the project. I guess they had more interesting projects available. I spent most of my time waiting for them to do whatever was needed next. Their local reputation, I found out later, is for very high prices and lack of effort. They won't get my business again.

I use them every year. My overall experience with them has been excellent. Their prices are very reasonable. The quality of their work is excellent. They're responsive and punctual.

Wonderful experience. They came out right away, performed the work needed immediately and referred me to a plumber for my other repair needs. Casey was friendly, efficient and professional.

I am very, very pleased with them. They do a very good job and are professional. There are no hidden add on expenses. Their quote is what they bill. If you do ask for additional work, they will do it for a reasonable charge.

Company came out same day, performed the work on he stairwell light. Had to return to town to purchase extra parts for the second part of the job. (because we never mentioned this part up front" Very friendly work and we were very pleased with the over all work performed.

Overall our relationship with Doug's Electric couldn't have been better. On our telephone call to their office we received an estimate for labor and an estimated ETA to perform the service needed.
The serviceman arrived at our home on the agreed time, had all the tools and parts required for the job and finished the job in short order. He was quite personable and explained in detail what he would be doing as the job progressed; when he was done with the job, he cleaned up the area where he had been working to the extent that it was exactly as it was before he arrived ... we were impressed. He then explained that we would be invoiced for the job and left taking waste material and faulty parts with him. We would recommend this company to our friends.
