it went very smoothly and didn't have to order the parts, they had the parts brought to my house in less than 30 minutes and installed  and completed in less than 2 hours. very please i highly recommend Above Board Electric

Suddenly this morning the electric baseboard heating in one room in the house was running and wouldn't quit, no matter where the thermostat was set.
I call Above Board on a recommendation ... I explained the problem, etc.
Scott said, "Are you going to be home today." "Gosh, sure."
To my surprise he was there within the hour ... and 25 minutes later he left, all fixed (new thermostat).
It wasn't that he wasn't busy - his phone was ringing off the hook while we were talking.
Just surprisingly good service.

First impression - they didn't show up for the first two appointments, so I scratched them.  After a recommendation I tried again, they showed up and I hired them.  They showed a total lack of interest in the project, apparently had better things to do.  I spent most of my time waiting for them to do something.  They never accomplished anything on my project.  I won't be working with them again.
