Description of Work: Owner Tim Brown came to my house on same day as my phone call to him and assessed cost of repairing sheetrock under a vanity and to replace sheetrock facing around gas fireplace. He came next day to rip out old sheetrock and to build additional stud supports. Then installed sheetrock and applied mudding. A few days later, sanded area and smoothed out rough spots; applied coat of construction paste to dry. a day later, sanded that and applied texture. One day later, applied paint. Both jobs done quickly and professionally, always cleaned up after each procedure. Stuck to his original bid.
