He was punctual, polite, professional and friendly. He showed me exactly where our problems are and spent ample time discussing what we can do to make things better. He had pictures from under our house on his camera to show me as well. The fee was quite reasonable for the task. It was all very pleasant and unlike other home inspection experiences I have had in the past. When we are ready to buy our next home we will definitely be calling them.

You want the very best? Hire Wayne! I am a Realtor and have referred to Wayne for years! I fondly refer to him as my and quot;deal killerand quot; He will give you ALL the details you need to know about the home. He doesn't sugar coat anything. Where he is unsure or it's beyond the scope of his expertise he will recommend another inspector or specialty contractor. He is great with buyers and walking them through the entire process and educating them along the way. As a real estate broker I see many inspections. I have never seen another inspector's report that I felt was as complete as Wayne's.

Wayne was like a teacher or mentor in the school of home maintenance. He was very friendly and explained everything he found in a clear and understandable way. He addressed the obvious things we had already noticed, and also found many more issues, ranging from cosmetic to serious moisture/structural concerns. He also provided valuable perspective on what was typical construction for the era and what things have been modified over time. The inspection report is a gold mine of ideas for what to fix and improve in the home.

As a first time home buyer with a budget that is in the bottom of the range I knew whatever house I chose was going to need some help. I just didn't know how much. So for that I am thankful that Wayne took the time to explain everything to me, write such an easy to read and detailed report, and has been easy to reach since then. Once the bulk of the major work is done I'm going to call him and bring him back in to make sure everything looks good.

As a first time home buyer my experience was very positive. I was present for both inspections. This was the second home inspection we had Wayne perform. His thorough inspection brought attention to all the non-cosmetic problems and we ended up not purchasing the first house inspected. All homes are different in shape and setup, but for us, they were both split level homes and he gave an estimate and time estimate for the job, they both were accurate. The first cost was $425. He gave us a discount for the second home we had him inspect. He was easy to talk to and was very knowledgeable on the subject matter. He gave a very detailed home inspection report, lots of pictures of areas he addressed during the inspection and was able to map out a good "to do list" if we purchased. I would use his services again.

Met with Wayne on-site, walked through the inspection with him. Received a detailed report including pictures the next day. He then came out and did a re-inspection after repairs were done to our home.
