We had some delay getting permit approval from Clean Water Services, but Dennis was very patient, and we were able to get the job approved and completed.

We purchased a rural home with a septic system and were unfamiliar with the operation and maintenance involved. We needed to
have our tank pumped so we called a company(with good reviews) had it pumped and also discovered that the first line of our
drain field was pooling waste water. This company told us our drain field had failed and that we needed a new one. They also told
us that we had to have test pits dug for the county to approve the new field's location. We had them dig the pits $550.00 plus
labor costs for discovery of the first line of the septic costing $300.00 Their estimate for a new drain field was $10,000 to $12,000 and they stated that there was no hope for a repair. I was overwhelmed.
I was encouraged to research, educate myself and do and quot;Due Diligenceand quot; before proceeding....and I am so glad I did!
I called 4 septic companies which were helpful but it wasn't until Dennis Gibbons, Right Price Septic, Inc. arrived with his
recommendations that I started to feel relieved. He came to the property with a manual probe and a shovel and was able
to locate all my septic lines in a matter of minutes even though they were covered over with blackberries and high grass.
He determined the problem, explained it, recommended a repair, and wrote an estimate on the spot. Cost $1,450.00
He is experienced, knowledgeable, and HONEST. The work was completed and we are very satisfied

with the information I had complied.

Excellent - Price Right Septic is a perfect example of what contractor should be and quite professional too. Dennis came and looked at our existing system to help us determine if it would pass a county inspection - it was obvious it wouldn't. Dennis walked us through his proposal and with some hesitancy we went with it as we needed not only a new tank but also new drain field in a completely new location requiring a pump in the tank. Dennis gave us a price that was far lower than expected. He did exactly as he promised and handled the whole process. He worked with the county and handled all the other contractors - all we had to do was pay Dennis - he also handled the payment to other contractors and the county for the permit - He explained to me that his bid was all inclusive and we wouldn't have to deal with paying anybody else - he took care of it all - AMAZING!! He also did as promised as he had the whole job done start to finish in 3 days. Dennis dug a new whole for a new tank, installed a 375' drain field then connected it the 140' to the tank, connected the house to the new system, had the old tank pumped and decomissioned with only 1 hour of down time in septic to the house - all in 3 Days!!!! Price Right did what they said they would for the bid amount and also started and completed exactly as they said they would - no loose ends to tie up when it was over.
