Parr was very good on customer assistance, cordial & efficient. It worked up an accurate materials estimate. I paid the $3,000,00 owed, and Parr in Hillsboro sent the delivery order over to the Newberg store because that store was nearest to my delivery address. Materials were delivered on time. However, the following items were left out: 1 18 ft 4 X 6" beam was left out. Also left out were the nuts needed to fit on the 1/2 inch bolts supplied (50). I had to go buy them again because Parr is not open on Sunday, and the work crew was on site. Also, 1 2 X 8 20 ft board was badly cracked. I asked the Delivery driver if I could inspect the package. He said it was all there, off-loaded the materials, and drove away.
