With Lumi Construction the job was done right and finished in a timely manner. They came to our rescue after having to fire our first contractor. Jesus and his team were professional and communicated each and everyday as to what things and whenthey would be arriving to get started. We will hire them again and tell all of our friends to hire Lumi Construction for their projects.

Jesus was just great. Very professional and polite. Diagnosed the problem with our kitchen outlets and solved a some what complicated issue in an educational and practical manner. I would strong recommend this company to all friends and family. The price charged was very fair and reasonable. Once again, he was great.

Jesus was communicative, the workers were on task and polite. They worked hard to get the job done. They demolished the tub/shower insert, replacing it with a tub and tile surround shower. They replaced faucets/fixtures to match. It came out beautifullly. 20/20 would hire them again. Jesus is 1 in a million.

This is the 3rd big project we have used Lumi Construction for this year, and that in itself says it all. THEY ARE FANTASTIC. I have no relations, or friendship and writing this review strictly as a very satisfied repeat customer. I have had years and years worth of experience with one contractor after another that just disappoint in one way or another. First of all, Jesus Elias and his team, are super professional and RESPONSIVE! always calls me right back or comes by the jobsite if i have a question. He always goes the extra mile to be sure we are satisfied. His pricing is super fair and has never tried to overcharge or change pricing. I have a really old house that has a lot of quirks to it, and sometimes it opens up pandoras box, but they always find a solution that works even when the job becomes more challenging than expected. They stick to the timelines and again, i can not say enough and if i could recommend EVERY SINGLE PERSON to them i would happily.

Jesus Elias is a fraud and a liar. He tricked an elderly 79 year old widow out of $40,000. We her family have contacted law enforcement and are currently trying to pursue him in civil suit. Do not trust him, do not hire him, do not let him into your home. This man Jesus Elias is a criminal.

At the direction of Jesus, his crew showed up, removed the old countertops, sink, and cooktop. Then took measurements and created a template for the new top. Within the same week, they delivered and installed a brand new quartz countertop, and island. Installed new sink, new cook top, and installed two new pendant lights. All the workers were efficient, professional, and polite. Definitely my best experience of hiring a contractor and getting the job down with quality, value, and overall outstanding experience.

Fantastic job cleaning our tile roof. Very meticulous and even went above with the clean up afterwards. They will be my go to with any future projects.

He spent 2 hours scraping moss off my roof and charged me the max rate he could find on Angi because he didn?t have his own rate structure. As soon as the rains came back so did the moss.

Jesus Elias did a very professional job of cleaning my roof. He explained clearly what he was going to do and why. As Rachel P. also mentioned, the only category HomeAdvisor has for roof cleaning is power washing, but Jesus Elias cleans by hand with a brush. He explained why it is better for your roof to use a brush instead of power washing. The final results are great. I am glad I decided to go with Elias Handyman Service instead of the others who were not only more expensive but could not clearly explain what & how they were going to clean the roof. Lastly, Jesus was very prompt and courteous.

The only category HomeAdvisor has for roof cleaning is power washing, but Elias Handyman cleans by hand with a brush. It's safer for your roof and the results are great. Within 60 minutes of my requesting a quote online, Jesus Elias was at my door to give me the quote! He did a great job removing the moss from our 2nd story roof and cleaning out our awful gutters. The roof is gorgeous again and the entire area around our house is spotless. He's a really nice man, extremely professional, and does a fantastic job! A+

Awesome work, professional, great communication. The whole process was seamless. I had Mr. Elias remove moss from my roof. Roof looks great, was treated to prevent future moss and there was no mess when he was finished.
