I needed two showers renovated. I solicited bids from a half-dozen contractors, ranging from individuals to companies. I researched recommendations, BBB, Oregon Construction Contractors Board, and their websites (if they had one). Jeremy, Linco Home LLC, was outstanding from start to finish. His work was exceptional. He was an excellent communicator, and when he said he would be here, he was. His estimate for how long the project would take was spot on. He didn't try to sell me on additional work beyond my needs, but he had great ideas for things that would best serve me. He and his subs were respectful of my home space and my property. I can't recommend him enough. I find myself walking around my home wondering if there is anything else I can have him do. Yes, he's that good. I'm a tough customer. Jeremy and Linco did an amazing job remodeling our 1950 mid century modern kitchen. He redid the flooring counters, removed/added cabinetry, installed lights and appliances. His estimate was very reasonable and schedule was rather quick. We couldn’t be happier with the outcome!

I would like to highly recommend Jeremy at Linco Home Renovations. He installed an ADA walk-in shower for my elderly father, laid down flooring, installed cabinets, and modified a countertop for an updated kitchenette. He laid down protective covering and sealed off the construction area to prevent dust and other construction residue from getting into other parts of the residence. He took my calls, responded immediately, and performed flawless work. He is easily the most responsive, reliable, efficient, and conscientious construction worker I have ever had the pleasure to work with. You will not be disappointed.
