I remodeled my kitchen and wanted to use all local suppliers.  Brian at Krohn's supplied me with all matching Fridgedaire appliances.  Brian's prices were comparable with others in the area and service was superb.  Thanks Brian and Laura for such wonderful service and follow-up.  Can't wait to replace my fridge to match my other appliances.

He apparently has two listings, same guy, same phone number. I want to make sure my report is on both. Brian came out, told me I needed a new one. He called later and said the part would be around 300 dollars. I told him to order it. He came out replaced it, I paid him and within 12 hours that one was broken too. I called him, he ordered another one and replaced it. He told me that the first replacement failed because he didn't get it lined up correctly. The next day, that one was broken too. I had been very careful, done nothing to break it. (The original lasted nearly 10 years). Brian told me that he was not going to replace it again, but would refund me the money for the part, I would only pay for the original service call. I told him that would be fine. I never heard from him until about a month ago when his secretary called to ask me the serial number off the stove. I gave it to her and told her that Brian had promised to refund my money. She said she would check with him and cut the check. I still haven't gotten the money and I still have a broken stove. I'd be in the same situation with the stove and $375 richer if I'd never called him to begin with. If he'd refunded me the money as he said he would, I wouldn't hesitate to call him if I needed another appliance repaired. Now I don't trust him. It wasn't my fault he couldn't replace the part correctly, but I have no problem with that. I have a problem with him charging me and leaving me with a still broken stove.

They were busy, so it took a few days (Fri to Tues) to get out. Once Brian got here he diagnosed the problem immediately, replaced the part with a new one from his van, and was done in under half an hour.

WE HAVE HAD VERY GOOD LUCK WITH THEM, AND WE WOULD FEEL COMFORTABLE HAVING THEM COME AGAIN. WE HAVE USED THEM BEFORE AS WELL.

I WAS VERY DISPLEASED WITH THE INEXPERIENCED, UNQUALIFIED SERVICE PERSON THAT WAS SENT OUT. HE MADE AT LEAST FOUR OR FIVE TRIPS OUT AND IDENTIFIED THE PROBLEM INCORRECTLY EVERY TIME. WE EVENTUALLY HAD TO HIRE SOMEONE ELSE.
