The shop was in the midst of moving into this location and I was caught off guard when I walked in. Once I spoke to the owner, I was ok with leaving my video with him to make into a DVD. When it was suppose to be ready ( a week later? ), I stopped in to pick it up only to find out that it hadn't even been started. He asked me to come back the next day as he had been very busy. I was not able to do so since I was leaving town the next day and planned to take the DVD with me. I had to wait for 1 1/2 hours for him to transfer the short video (20 minutes) to a DVD. He did feel badly and offered me a discount on my next transfers.

The CDs were ready in a few days. He even printed the titles on the CDs. His work is very professional. I had a chance to visit his production facilities. He has a lot of professional audio and video production equipment, including the ability to transfer 8 mm film or VHS to DVD. Jared also specializes in video production, not only shooting events, but he creates beautiful custom DVDs from your stills or movies.
