Four Seasons worked through a challenging condition on my house and was able to replace my water heater and furnace.

I had three estimates from different companies for installing a ductless mini-split system in my home. Four Seasons was the only company that provided me with a reasonable solution for the entire house and at a comparable rate to what others had quoted. The work was done in two days as promised and the team that installed it was meticulous about cleaning up when they were done which was much appreciated. A few days after the system was installed, the system shut down and the malfunction light flashed. A technician was sent out and found that a seal was loose and all the cooling fluid had leaked out. That was a quick fix, but the system still showed an issue. As he searched further, he found that the installers had hooked up to ports B & C, but the electrician had hooked up to A & B thus causing the issue. He was able to correct this, and the system has worked well ever since. The house stayed comfortable thru the summer heat and has been comfortable this winter as well. The only other issue had to do with the electrical permit and inspection. It appears the fault was with the electrician not filing things properly, but luckily this was able to get solved without me having to get involved in the process. So in all I am happy and would recommend this company, the only troubles seemed to have been related to the electrician they used.

They're pretty easy to work with. It's just one guy. All it is, is a spring tuneup on my furnace.

Additionally, they were accommodating when we had to have a follow up appointment. Everything was taken care of quickly and without us having to follow up at no additional cost.

I set up an annual agreement where they come out twice a year and do the air conditioning and heating system. I have been using them for seven or eight years.
