 + -1 moreDisaster. Very difficult to work with. Contractor represents and thinks he can do the work, when it wasn't the case. Can be described as someone who has skill and no knowledge. Retaining wall fell down at the first rainfall - it was simply a thin large bolder veneer stuck to slope. No gravel footing or fill behind wall. Put drain at top of wall which is incorrect. Drainage, sod, grading, amendments all done poorly/incorrectly. Did not remove glass found on site and spread it into planting beds. Does not understand client/contractor relationship and does not communicate well. Does not understand anything about customer service. Very unprofessional. Please beware!
Description of Work: Significant residential landscaping for new home on sloped site. Clearing, grading, drainage, sprinkler, sod, stone steps, retaining walls, soil amendments, and was supposed to do pressure treated steps, gravel areas, slate patios and walkways.
