DUST BUNNY'S CLEANING SERVICE

Tami was very nice and did a good job. I have used her for a couple of months and liked her work. However, yesterday after she cleaned, she left my key with a note stating that she would no longer be continuing her cleaning business due to personal reasons. I was disappointed in this, and thought I would let anyone else who reads this list know.

Generally it went well. Tami pays attention to detail and does extras when asked. She does a good job, and her rates are reasonable. She even came to clean a couple of times while recovering from foot surgery. In general, we have been pleased with her work. However, one day she did not show up to clean, did not call ahead or leave any type of message. We have tried to contact her, and left repeated messages and she has not returned any of them. In fact members of her family have screened our calls. It has now been 4 weeks since her last appearance, and I just was forced to leave a message terminating her. We are quite curious about what is going on, and are disturbed at this lack of professionalism. I would rather not make negative comments, but in this case I have no choice. In finding her, the interview and selection process took quite a bit of time and effort, and now we need to do it all over again.

Tami is very dependable and is licensed and bonded. She is very good at her job and flexible. We are enjoying her services.

I HAD TAMI CLEAN ONE TIME FOR AN EVALUATION. I WAS SO PLEASED I HIRED HER RIGHT AWAY TO CLEAN EVERY OTHER WEEK. SHE IS BONDED AND PROVIDES HER OWN EQUIPMENT AND SUPPLIES, UNLESS YOU WOULD LIKE HER TO USE YOUR PERSONAL PRODUCTS. MY HOUSE HAS NEVER BEEN SO CLEAN. SHE IS A PERFECTIONIST AND EVERYTHING WAS SPOTLESS. I HAVE USED MERRY MAIDS FOR ABOUT THREE YEARS AND FINALLY CANCELED, AS I WAS NEVER PLEASED WITH THE SERVICE. TAMI IS A DREAM AND REASONABLY PRICED TOO. I HAVE RECOMMENDED HER TO MY FRIENDS AND WOULD NOT HESITATE TO RECOMMEND HER TO YOU.
