We have recently moved into our new home which is surrounded by trees, bushes, and a variety of plants.  There were quite a few spiders (shudder) and this spring we have had quite a problem with ants.  I had purchased their services at a discount thru HalfPriceSalem and had to reschedule several times because of doctor appointments.  The receptionist was always pleasant and accommodating and we finally came up with a day that worked.  The technician, Jason, was very pleasant and professional, clean and neatly dressed.  He arrived at the time we had scheduled and completed all of the indoor and outdoor spraying quickly and efficiently.  I asked for a bid on further services which he provided after completing all of the spraying.  The prices quoted were very reasonable; we will continue to use their services (even without the HalfPriceSalem discount!).  Exceptional company!

We love them. They come out four times a year. We think we spend $260 a year. They worked with us and made it work for our special situation. They worked out a program specific for us and it seems to work. They did what we wanted.

I guess the owner is knowledgeable. He did test for termites at one place and then told me that it was just dry rot. He took away a part from the dry rot. I am not very ecstatic with them and they are okay. They charge me $125 for a quarter and that?s including the termite trap. They charge $75 a quarter for spraying at my rental property. They have been spraying on my property for a long time. I can?t say that they are wonderful nor can I say that they are horrible. I would as well as not recommend them. So I have nothing to say about them. I guess the guy who comes out knows what he is doing but I don?t have a strong feeling about him. The man who owns it is no longer right on the premises. The owner is very professional. The service guy is probably trained but I think he is not very knowledgeable as the owner. They are prompt. I would use their services in the future too.

During a lot of work being done in my basement a baseboard was removed and there was evidence of termite damage. I called and spoke the owner of Bug Buster, Dan D?handt, who came out and identified the damage as being done by subterranean termites. He explained, in detail, how these termites work and proposed both reactive and proactive remedies. He came back with one of his technicians and they did extensive treating in the basement where the termites might be working. I opted for one of the proactive measures, he recommend and they will be installing traps soon. I was initially disappointed that the qauterly treaments, that I had been contracted for, for years, were not providing full protection. Dan claims that full protection against everything would be very expensive and he did not ordinarly recommend them. I believe that this is a reasonable explantion.

Bug Busters is on an annul schedule for exterminating my home. They are very prompt. When I had mice, they came right out for pest control. I had some saw dust that appeared and they were sure to take care of the pest that was causing the problem.

THEY CAME OUT AND SPRAYED. THE PRICE WAS REASONABLE. THEY'LL COME BACK IF WE'RE HAVING ANY PROBLEMS, BUT WE REALLY HAVEN'T HAD ANY. AS LONG AS WE CONTINUE THE QUARTERLY SERVICE THEY'LL COME BACK.
