This contractor set up an initial appointment and then no-showed. I left a message on his answering machine. When he called back, he admitted that he ''blew me off'' and said it was because he discovered his cell phone and wallet missing. He said he'd come nearly all the way to my house and then turned back ''before it was too late.'' I wondered why he didn't come the rest of the way to my house and tell me face-to-face. He certainly would have been welcome to use my phone. To set up a meeting, then not show up and not even call, inconvenienced me greatly. I was waiting for him and didn't feel able to do other things because I was waiting for him to show up.

I am very pleased with all phases of these remodeling projects. Linn is an excellent contractor with varied expertise. He only sub-contracted construction of the cabinets and countertops. He was willing to go the extra mile to accommodate additional requests after the initial proposal and bid. He was very personable and great to work with.
