I cannot stress enough how horrible the experience was from beginning to finish. They were hired by the people I purchased a home from as part of a "repair addendum" during the purchase process. Since I did not hire them directly, their MO was go out to the site, say it looked good, then leave and say the work was done. At first, it seemed like they were efficient because apparently the work was finished. It turns out it was not, and was like getting teeth pulled to get them to go to the site. Their scope of work was to remediate a mold issue, re-route some plumbing, fix a leak in a toilet, some misc minor repairs related to water infiltration, and install attic vents. After their first trip out there, they said the work was finished, and this was relayed to us by the seller's agent, Matt Booth. So we went forward with the purchase process in good faith. Months later, with dozens of trips to the site the work was finally about 75% finished with multiple items having to be re-done due to shoddy workmanship (multiple bathoom vents falling apart so moisture was venting into the attic) and a crack in the ceiling from not being careful in the attic. We finally just called it good so we could move on with our lives. If we did spend hours bird-dogging them they would have done no work at all on the property and I hope this hasn't happened to other people that didn't have the time or perseverence to baby sit them like we did. They had a sub-contractor, "titan plumbing", also out of Newberg that I would also not recommend due to their association with American Legacy Homes. Overall I would give them a 0 out of 10.

Jeremy was fast, fixed the problem quickly. We also had some gutter work that needed to be done and once again the work was done quickly and perfectly. American Legacy is our go to contractors for all our home needs.

Sewer line repaired (sub-contracted), mold spraying was not completed - I had to hire a certified mold remediation company to complete the job, crawlspace was completed, new vapor barrier. Preparation for sale of property.

Very quick work considering the number of different areas they worked in.

The services went very well. I did have to talk to them about some of their sub contractors work, but as soon as the main contractor heard of the problems they were very responsive in getting things fixed.
