Horrendous customer service and disrespectful to boot! My wife and I spent the weekend moving furniture into the garage and setting the place up so Aaron could do the job with no obstructions. He cancelled on us with barely an hours notice, argued with my wife about *her* needing to schedule for three hours NEXT time (!) and said she had no reason to complain because she was getting "a good deal"! Then Aaron told my wife "I'm the owner and I'm cancelling your appointment because I can do that". I called their number to ask what was going on, got a load of attitude from "Chuck" who told me to call Stanley Steamer, told me "I'm not going to argue with you - your appointment is canceled and that's it!"and then hung on up on me! I can see why our apartment complex no longer offers two year cleaning with this company anymore. We ended up going with Chem-Dry and are way happier with how they treated us. Save your time, money and aggravation - just stay away from this company! If I could I'd just give them zero stars - our experience was THAT bad!
