He is excellent. He is a perfectionist. He is not inexpensive, however when he does jobs for me he is always very thorough. His paperwork is pages of detailed notes and information about where he got all of the supplies for his work. There were a lot of small things that they were able to do. I was especially pleased, because he was able to find the source of some mushrooms in my home. He does a lot of good work, but I would not suggest him to the faint of heart. He was ahead of things throughout the entire project. He was always very straight forward and he never pulled my leg on anything. He is very good out on the beach, because he knows things like what the wood will tolerate. The work is always different when he does it.
