 + -1 moreThey were extremely friendly at first and appeared quite professional but at the first sign of a disgruntled customer they became angry, defensive and impossible to deal with.
Description of Work: I brought in my grandfather clock for a cleaning and general maintenance. After I returned home and looked at the clock closely and I could see that they barely cleaned it nor did they go in and perform any maintenance on the mechanics which is what I was paying the majority of my bill for. I confronted them with my concerns and they immediately became defensive and refused to even discuss the matter. I had to get my lawyer involved to accomplish anything and finally got my money back.
