I had phone on Sunday and was able to reach a technician immediately. He did explain the overtime rates for a weekend call. I told him I would have to wait until Mon. but, due to heatlh problems, really needed the air conditioner fixed as soon as possible. He said he could juggle some other jobs and would call me at 10a.m. Mon. He called at approx. 8:30a.m. and said he would be over in 15 minutes. He arrived promptly. Went straight to work and had it fixed within an hour.
