I use Don Jones because they are local and close to me home, but more than that, they perform all the services that the dealership would provide at a more reasonable cost. This is a family run business and everybody is polite and professional.

When our Nissan Quest was damaged in an acccident we took the car to Myrtle Creek Body Shop. They don't do air conditioning work so they sent our car to Don Jones for that part of the repair.The car seemed fine- briefly- then the air quit working. We took it back to Don Jones and he said he had fixed the problem. Again, it worked -briefly- and again we took it back.The third visit Don Jones said that the seal around the air conditioner had been broken in the accident and that it couldn't be fixed, so he had just been puting coolant into the system...mind you, he had been paid by our insurance company to repair the thing. When I complained to the insurance company I was told that he had already been paid so it was out of thier hands.
