ACE HARDWARE

I went to ACE Hardward to discuss the two used refrigerators I had recently purchased from his used appliance store nearby. Both refrigerators died within days of the 30 day warranty he gives. One refrigerator flooded my kitchen. The owner of ACE and the appliance store, Steve, would not work with me, he was extremely rude and told me 30 days is it. He told me that he would not have been as nice to me as his manager Mike (he replaced the first refrigerator with the second one that died). I told him he is not checking out these appliances properly and not doing right by people. He walked off and said he had a 30 day contract that was it. I told him I would report hiim to as many agencies as I could. Mike the manager of the used appliances store told me that they get them in by the truckloads. I am out $415.

I bought a Dewalt tool from there and they cannot tell me about certain parts of the item. I have called all around and no one can seem to help me. I asked for a brochure to describe the advanced ability of this tool and I have yet to see one. I would not go back to see them.
