+ 3 moreThe work proceeded almost exactly to schedule (including his trip to run the Boston Marathon) and Ken managed the sub-contractors well; they all arrived and completed their work as promised. The quality of work was excellent and he responded quickly to any issues that we raised. They maintained a clean and organized work space during the remodel. We are thrilled with the work he did and will use him again for any other home repair or remodel work.
Description of Work: Ken and his brother Mike did a wonderful job on our kitchen remodel. Ken helped us starting with the planning phase, offering great input on what would look good, organization of the kitchen, and feature vs cost trade offs. We talked to several other contractors and felt the most comfortable with Ken and his ability to balance our desires with his experience. The work they did included: -They removed two walls and added a supporting post, footer, and header to replace the load bearing wall -Replaced the flooring in the kitchen, dining room, and living room -Removed all cabinets, repaired sheet rock and painted -Installed new flooring -Installed new cabinets -Installed new lighting, outlets, etc -Installed new appliances and fixtures

Description of Work: Unfettered Renovations did some remodeling for us.They have installed windows in the basement and did some framing as well.

+ 2 moreA+ KEN FETTEERS AND HIS BROTHER MIKE DO EXCEPTIONAL WOOD WORK AND THEIR STYLE AND TASK ARE EXCELLENT. I AM A DECORATING AND DESIGN CHALLENGED PERSON. THANKFULLY THEY UNDERSTOOD WHAT I TRIED TO DESCRIBE AND DID IT EVEN BETTER. WE WANTED A YIN YANG DECK AND WE GOT IT.
Description of Work: AFTER OUR NEIGHBORS TREE SMASHED THE BACK OF OUR HOUSE, THEY SCHEDULED A REMODEL OF OUR MASTER BEDROOM GOT EVEN BIGGER. WE NOW ALSO HAVE A NEW SUITE, THREE NEW DECKS, NEW CONCRETE PATHS, NEW ELECTRICAL BOX, LIGHTING AND HOT-TUB, WE ALSO GOT NEW BONUS ROOM WITH ENTERTAINMENT CENTER AND WINE BAR.
