The house she listed just couldn't be sold for the price we needed - not by anyone!  Believe me, if Aimee couldn't sell it, it just wasn't to be sold.  She had sold my neighbor's property some years back and that was case of selling a property which was over-priced.  She worked with the people to lower the price and with her excellent marketing, got it sold.  In our case, the house was a great house with a view and all sorts of amenities.  However, despite her valiant efforts, we had to give it back to the bank as a Deed in Lieu of Foreclosure. It was later sold at a price of $40,000 less than the mortgage and way less (including realtor fees & closing costs) than we ever could have accepted. So it was clearly the fault of the situation since Aimee worked harder than any realtor ever would have to market it.  We had listed the house with another company before Firefly and they did absolutely nothing.  They just put it in the MLS (after I bugged them to) and that was it. They didn't want to spend any time/money.  After changing over to Aimee it was worlds of difference.  Aimee is motivated, positive, enthusiastic, a total go-getter, and if anyone can sell a property it's her!   She never charged us a thing for all that hard work and effort. We have asked her again to help us with a house but it is also probably one that can't be sold for what is owed on it.  Given a decent property, not totally upside-down, she could sell it!
